No, there will be no refund upon cancelation of luxury car rentals. All our deals are final. If you have any problem with our luxury car rental services, you can let us know immediately so necessary arrangements can be made.

If the pick-up or drop is within proximity of the fixed destination, it goes without any additional cost. However, if the center-point for pick-up or drop is outside the selected destination, some charges are applicable. Santa Clara Luxury Car Rentals will give you all these details at the time of making a car reservation.

There is a stated mile allotment by our luxury car rentals which is included in the total rent amount. Any extra mile will be charged separately.

Yes, we do transfer any additional luggage to your chosen destination at an additional cost. This will help you focus on some other important issues while you travel.

The renter is responsible for any penalty associated with the traffic ticket. Wrong parking, traffic violation, speeding, or any toll charges are all borne by the renter. Since the vehicle is in the possession of the renter during the rent-period, all the fees, towing charges and penalties are paid by the renter only.

Yes, we do provide our best car services for the funeral procession. Our funeral cars have accompanying charges with it. If your loved one had any last wish associated with his or her funeral, you can mention it when renting a car with us.

It is recommended that you learn about the condition, mileage, any repair or maintenance history and accident history (if any) of the vehicle. If your car is in good condition, you can enjoy your trip and the occasion whole-heartedly.
Also, the chances of car breakdown are reduced if the car is maintained really well.

We accept payment through cards such as the American Express, Master and Visa. We also accept payments through Paypal, cashier’s checks, wire transfer and cash. However, a credit card is must to make the vehicle and damage deposit at the time of booking with us.
